The policy opens separately so you can keep your application open. Opening it does not by itself mean you have read or agreed to it.

Your acknowledgement is recorded under the swimmer’s name for an adult application, or the named parent/legal guardian for an under-18 application. It does not record a separate signature by a child.

What happens when I submit?

Your details and the dated acknowledgement will be saved privately in the club’s WordPress administration area. You will then be forwarded to the separate Artistic Swimming Queensland website. No personal details are prefilled or sent through the registration link.
